Due to the excessive meshing clearance, the gear pair that is originally meshed smoothly collides with the mesh to generate vibration, and the impact is intensified due to the vibration, and the gear is damaged, eventually causing the vibration to be intensified. The axial amount is large, the west end of the positioning bearing is positioned by the oil pump seat, the east side is positioned by the elastic retaining ring (referred to as the circlip), the circlip between the circlip and the oil pump seat and between the circlip and the locating bearing There are no gaps. However, in the repair, we found that the large gear and the pinion have a relative offset, the offset is 10mm; the locating bearing of the large gear is worn, and the gap reaches 2mm, which causes the large gear to generate an axial 2mm string. . Due to the deviation of the large gear, the gear pair that is inherently out of the meshing tooth gap is more unstable, and the end side of the driving wheel pinion is in point contact with the gear meshing surface of the large gear, and the lubricating oil brand rotates strongly. The impact causes the gear meshing to be quickly damaged, resulting in increased vibration.
The rotor unbalanced turbine rotor was replaced during the major overhaul in 1999, and it was in operation until 2002. However, in the overhaul, only the coloring test was performed, and the dynamic balance test was not carried out. The fan rotor was in the 2000 overhaul. The on-site dynamic balance test was carried out. In 2002, the overhaul test was not carried out. In this repair, we performed a dynamic balance check on the two rotors, all of which were unqualified, and the rotor deviation of the fan was 880g.3. (1) In the repair, we replaced the turbine rotor and carried out the maintenance indicators of the turbine.
